Please accept my sincere condolences on your recent loss. May the God of peace, Jehovah, comfort you during this most difficult of times. I hope these 3 scriptures aid in that comfort. Thank you. Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever,
And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."
, Revelation 21:3,4 "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4?And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
, John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life"

So sorry for your loss. Joan was such a sweet person. I was shocked when I saw her obituary in the paper. I saw her a couple of weeks prior and she was making some future plans. She is a sweet angel now. God Bless.

Just talked to her last week and she was so excited about her future plans. Well, God had a better plan for her. Our family grew up on gospel music. Joan sang and shared from her heart. She will be missed by so many people whose lives she may have never known that she touched by her music. I know I will miss her. I also know God has a beautiful angel singing in His choir. I definitely know my mom, dad, brother and other family members are clapping their hands and tapping their toes. Save me a seat close to you Joan...we promised each other.

Joan has touched our lives over the last 34 years in so many positive ways. From leading me to Christ, to singing at our daughters funeral, reminding us that our marriage was a trinity of us holding hands with our God. Joan's music has always touched my heart and thankfully for CD's I'll never loose that.

Joan and her husband George at that time sang at my daughters wedding. She made her wedding beautiful. I worked with Joan at Perry's. I cannot believe she is gone. God received a very special angel and she will be singing her heart out. May God comfort you as only he can.
