Wiley Thomas Watson

Wiley Thomas "Tommy" Watson, 88, a retired railroad switchman and World War II Army Veteran from Decatur was born on March 17, 1919 in Detroit, Texas to Thomas and Lillie Mae Whitaker Watson.

Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 29, at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Survivors include a daughter: Tommie Lee Combs and husband Richard of Haslet; 2 Sons: Bobby Watson and wife Alice of Hahira, Georgia, and Bruce Watson and wife Claudette of Fort Worth; Sister: Myrtle Lathrop of Haltom City; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Velma Watson.

Memorial can be made to the American Cancer Society, Wise County Unit.
