Mr. Tolan was born May 25, 1952 in Justin, Texas, to Theo and Marcie Tolan.
Graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 2 in the Prairie Mound Cemetery near Justin. Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Lisa Hines of North Richland Hills; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
