W. Harrell Green

Aurora ~ W. Harrell Green, 78, a retired Bell Helicopter employee went to be with our Lord Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in Corinth.

Funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Boyd with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Bro. Roy Deaver will officiate. Pallbearers, which are all Mr. Green's nephews, will be David LeFors, Alan LeFors, Doyle Green, Jim Green, Randy Williams, Nicky Logan, and Kyle Copp.

Harrell was born on September 13, 1936 to William and Julia (Hewitt) in Gladewater, Texas. He was united in marriage to Deanna Brammer on December 31, 1955 in Weatherford, Texas. Harrell retired from Bell Helicopter after 34 years of dedicated service as a jig and fixture builder.

Harrell is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of  56 years, Deanna Brammer Green; his son, Danny Green; his sisters, Juanita LeFors and Shirley Dunaway.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Pam Daggett of Aurora; his son, Roger Green of Rhome; his grandchildren, Laurence Daggett of Dallas and Kristi Daggett of Seattle, Washington; his brother, Darrell Green and wife Linda of Rhome; his sister, Geneva Cordova and husband E.C. of Alamosa, Colorado; other family members and a host of friends.
