Virgil David Gist

Virgil was born October 10, 1937 in Burkburnett, Texas to Virgil Larry and Lela (Jenkins) Gist. He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Jo (Bliss) Gist, two brothers, two sisters and his parents.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Karla Moore of Paradise, Natalie Gist of Snyder; three grandchildren, Kyle Dolliver of Bryan, Texas, Raven Gist of Decatur, Madison Moore of Paradise; two brothers, John Gist of Post, Donald Gist of Turlock, California; sister, Clara Province of Wichita Falls; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
