Boyd ~ Violet Lenore Morgan, 73, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Thursday, March 17, 2016 in Boyd.
Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel.
Ray Jackson will officiate.
Violet was born on December 12, 1942 to Leonard and Edna (Houser) Followell in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Violet was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Leonard Followell.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lori Guittar of Union, Missouri and Darlene Penland and husband Trampas of Boyd; her sons, Ralph Feth of Union, Missouri and Steve Feth and wife Linda of Beaufort, Missouri; 16 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; her sisters, Carol Followell of Angleton, Texas, and Lelia Murray of Hermann, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
