Alvord: Vickie Bridges, 44, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at her home in Alvord.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Vickie was born on December 23, 1963 in Hereford, Texas to Robert Ray and Christene (Lovell) Ponder and is preceded in death by her father. She was a member of the Living Word Assembly of God church.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her mother, Christene Lovell Ponder of Alvord; sons, Steven Ray Ponder of Germany, Bryan Bridges of Decatur, Tommy Bridges of Denton; daughter, Jessica Bridges of White Settlement, Texas; brothers, Robert Neal Ponder and Jayson D. Ponder of Alvord; 5 grandchildren, 3 daughter-in-laws, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
