Velma (Clark) Parson

Alvord ~ Naomi Velma Parson, 91, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

Graveside Service will be private. Funeral Home will be open 1-4 p.m. Sunday August 30, 2020 for signing registry book.

Naomi was born November 21, 1928 to John Roe and Elsie (Allen) Clark in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was united in marriage September 22, 1946 to Karl Harold Parson in Alvord, Texas. Naomi graduated Alvord High School and was a member of First Baptist Church of Alvord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Elsie Clark; her husband of 50 years Karl Parson; and her son, Phillip Parson.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are her son, Karl Harold Parson, Jr. and wife Jeannie of Alvord; her daughter, Pamela Alhusaini and husband Yousef of Alvord; 7 grandchildren, HsiaoLing Campbell, Leila Alhusaini, Danah Alhusaini, Sarah Slocum, Stephen Parson, Jennifer Maxwell, and Cameron Parson; numerous great-grandchildren; extended family and a host of friends.
