BEDFORD: Velda Darlene Shaw, 81, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord, Monday, November 1, 2010, in Fort Worth.
A memorial service will be held at Cedar Memorial Cemetery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at a later date.
Velda was born on November 18, 1928 to Walter and Hazel (Sturm) Berry in Mason City, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, H. Bud Shaw.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Barry Lee Shaw of Newark; and her 2 cousins, Ronald Davis, and Richard Davis; other relatives and a host of friends.
