Rhome ~ Twyligh Emogene Shaffer, 89, homemaker, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in Rhome.

Twyligh was born on September 29, 1928 to Romey and Ota (Duckworth) Ools in Cleveland, Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Merle Mervin Shaffer on June 14, 1947 in Oklahoma, City.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, her daughter, Donna Armstrong; her brothers, Addison and Donald Ools.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Carol Sue Redding of Rhome; her grandchildren, Debbie Dakan, Amanda Kenney, Roger Merle Armstrong, and Robert Lancaster; her great grandchildren, Christine Redding, Lauren Ferguson, Alaina Ferguson, Evan Ferguson, Cody Dakan, Austin Dakan, and Skyler Dakan; her great great grandchildren, Riley Redden, and Jenny Redden; her brothers, Calvin, and W.O. Ools; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
