Trevor was born on November 18, 1992, in San Diego, California. He graduated from Valley Center High School. Trevor was united in marriage to Stacy Humphres. He was a carpenter in construction.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Stacy McCormack of New Fairview; his son, David Cantrell; 3daughters, Sara, Bella, and Shelby Mayer; 2 sisters, Ashley and Tiffany; his parents, Linda and Ron McCormack, Jim and Betty Craig; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
