Todd was born on December 25, 1955 to William D. and Gail (Todd) Fitch in Bryan. He was a beloved father, brother, and grandfather.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his significant other, Nancy Jackson; 2 daughters, Jennifer McCoy and husband Topher, and Haley Abbott and husband Paul; 3 grandchildren, Ashylnn, Juniper, and Jocelyn Clark; other relatives and a host of friends.
