Thomas (Tommy) Hale Russell

Thomas (Tommy) Hale Russell, 84, of Rhome went to be with our Lord on Friday November 29, 2024 in Plano, Texas.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date provided by the family.

Tommy was born July 5, 1940 in Fort Worth, Texas to William and Dorothy Gene (Key) Russell. He married Sandra Rogers August 30, 1973 in Mineral Wells, Texas. He attended Fort Worth High School, and after school he proudly served in the United States Army. Tommy was a self- employed plumber in the area for many years. He was a loving son, husband, father, grand father and great grandfather as well as great great grandfather and a friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Dorothy Gene Russell; brother, Rodney Russell and sister Janice Keeney.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years Sandra Russell; sons, Tim Russell of Rhome,  Scott Russell and wife Reka of Garland, Mark Russell and Kelly of Tomball; daughters, Dawn Russell and Jack Barnhouse of Alverado, Tammie Russell and husband Mike of Boyd; 16 grand children, numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
