PARK SPRINGS -- Thomas Shelton, 59, went to be with his Father on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 in Decatur.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Thursday at Victory Baptist Church in Park Springs. Burial: Sunset Cemetery. There will be no set visitation. Rev. Mark Autry will officiate, assisted by Rev. Clyde Slimp.
Thomas was born on January 21, 1948 in Atlanta, Texas to Thomas C. and Mary Ella (Mills) Shelton. He was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Park Springs.
Memorials may be made to the Wise County MHMR.
Thomas was preceded in death by his father and his two brothers, Torance and Grant Shelton.
He is survived by: his mother, Mary Gamage of Park Springs; his aunts, Maggie McKee of Linden, Texas, Sarah Vercher of Garland, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
