Thomas Wilson Edwards

Bridgeport ~ Thomas Wilson Edwards, 56, went home to be with our Lord on Frida y, January 28, 2022.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Rev. Todd Blair will officiate.

Thomas was born on October 19, 1965 to Thomas Buell and Virgie Lee (Hix) Edwards in Odessa, Texas. After graduating in Levelland, Texas, he then went on to work as a driver for Martin Marietta.  Thomas married the love of his life, Toni Perry, on July 26, 1997 in Chico, Texas. They attended non-denominational Christ Fellowship. He loved fishing and cooking was one of his favorite things to do.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 24 years, Toni Edwards; his daughters, Marissa Sehon and husband Shane; Authumn Brock, and Heaven Perry; his son, Thomas Edwards II; his 4 grandsons and 2 granddaughters; his brothers, Jason Edwards and wife Danielle, Brandon Edwards and Stance Wren;  his mother, Suzie Smith Edwards; several nieces and nephews; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
