Suzanne Elizabeth Bennett

Suzanne Elizabeth Bennett, 76, of Decatur passed from this earth Monday, March 23rd, 2026.

Graveside Service is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 26th at Oaklawn Cemetery.

Suzanne was born May 26th, 1949 to Albert Eldon and Ruby Christine (Rowan) Rice in Dallas, Texas. She was united in marriage January 13th, 1995 to Roger Bennett in Las Vegas, Nevada. Suzanne graduated Coppell High School. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert & Ruby Rice; her sister, Rhonda Rice; and a son, Rex Bennett.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roger Bennett of Decatur; her sons, Chad West & wife Jennifer of Sanger, Shane Bennett & Shawn of Brownwood, and Ryan Bennett & wife Courtney of Denton; her sister, Connie Hennen & husband Roger of Sanger; her brother, Alan Rice of Lewisville; extended family and a host of friends.
