Memorial service 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Living Word Assembly of God Church in Alvord.
Steven was born on October 22, 1957 to Junior and Gloria (Graue) Garrett in Torrance, California.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Dana Riggs of Sunset, and Brandi Moore of Poolville, Oklahoma; his brothers, Michael Garrett of Los Angeles, California, and Marc Garrett of California; his sister, Donna Osborne of Visalia, California; 7 grand children; 1 great grandson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
