Memorial is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel Decatur.
Stacey was born on November 23, 1958, to Melvin and Glenda (Phillips) Oates in Decatur, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Shannon Oates.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Cody Wilkinson; her daughter, Cassie Parker and husband Greg; her granddaughter, Taylor Parker; her sister, Kimberly Collier; her brother, Chuck Oates; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
