Sharon (Daniel) Patterson

Sharon Daniel Patterson, 76, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, August 2, 2023 in Decatur.

Funeral Service is 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 7, 2023 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur with burial following at Oaklawn Cemetery.

Rev. Nick McRae will officiate.

Sharon was born August 6, 1946 to Lindsey Lee and Mary Rosema (Winsett) Daniel in Fayetteville, Tennessee. She completed several years of college followed by working at a nursing facility as an Administrator and attended First Methodist Church of Decatur. Sharon was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lindsey and Mary Daniel.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 23 years, Clay Patterson of Decatur; her daughter, Gina Pike of McKinney; her son, Jay Patterson of Decatur; her grandson, Chance Patterson of Burleson and her brother, Dale Daniel of Hendersonville; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
