Sharon Hendricks, 80, went to be with our Lord Monday, July 29, 2024 in Decatur.

Visitation is 3-5 PM Friday, August 9, 2024 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Sharon was born on August 8, 1943 to Paul and Lena Beth (Bagwell) Scoggins in Borger, Texas. She was united in marriage to Edward Hendricks in 1966 in Clayton, New Mexico and together they had 4 children. Sharon had a bachelor degree in business administration and worked many years in city government. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Tammy Smith.

Those left behind to cherish her memory is her husband, Edward Hendricks; her sons, Kerry and wife Lou Ann Hendricks of Keller and Jeff Hendricks of North Richland Hills; her daughter, Amy Piukana and husband Dave of Decatur; her grandchildren, Kaylie, Crissy, Colton, Parker, Spencer, Amanda and Nella Piukana; her great grandchild, Kei; numerous extended family, and a host of friends.
