North Richland Hills ~ Saundra Lou Taylor, 70, a retired nurse, went to be with our Lord Saturday, June 13, 2015 in North Richland Hills.
Graveside service is 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery # 3 in Chico. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. Steve Molton will officiate.
Saundra was born on September 27, 1944 to Bill and Lula (Vancil) Wright in Amarillo, Texas. She was united in marriage to Tom L. Taylor on September 5, 1959 in Bovina, Texas. He preceded her in death in 2004.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, James W. Taylor; her brother, Odell Wright; and her sisters, Merlene Wright, and Billie Huffines.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Shawn Taylor and wife Kristi of North Richland Hills; her grandsons, James Taylor Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, Cody Taylor of North Richland Hills, and Colton Taylor; her daughter-in-law, Linda Oglesbee of Jackson, North Carolina; her brother, Ron Taylor and wife Judy of Alvord; her sister-in-law, Shirley Taylor of Haltom City; other family members and a host of friends.
