Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 14th at Oaklawn Cemetery with Reverend Gerre Joiner officiating. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Sandra was born February 16, 1950, in Abilene, Texas to Charles and Mary (Johns) McCook.
Left behind to cherish her memory are three sons, Michael Howerton and wife, Amanda of Houston; Tony Howerton and wife, Renee of Royce City, Texas; Eddie Howerton and wife, Jennifer of Decatur; daughter, Miranda West of Gainesville; 9 grandchildren, Ella and Jacob West, Gabriella, Natalie, Faith, Tony, Emma, Elissa and Jenna Howerton; extended family and a host of friends.
Sandra is preceded in death by her father, Charles McCook and grandmother, Alma Elliott.
