Sandra Lee (Barnard) Johnson

Boyd – Sandra Lee Johnson,72, went to be with our lord Monday December 25, 2023.

Sandra was born May 29,1951 to L.N. and Laverna Jean (Pickett) Barnard in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Boyd High School and prior to her retirement, she worked as a jeweler for many years. Sandra was a loving, mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, L.N. and Laverna Jean Barnard;

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband John Short of Boyd; her daughters Amy Heffelfinger and husband Dan of Euless, Kristy Nida and husband Jerry of Haltom City; grandchildren, Lauren Hatchett, and Jonathan, Joshua and Katy Nida; great grandchildren, Emma Barela, Jacob and Jordan Casas; sisters, Ann Mawhirter, Linda wren and Patricia Barnard; brother Sonny Barnard, numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
