Rylie was born October 29, 2007 to Nathan Koger and Tiffany Matthews in Fort Worth, Texas.  In her seven short years here with us, she overcame many battles with a rare genetic disease which led to numerous hospitalizations and treatment programs. Despite the battles she fought, she enthusiastically participated in Sonflower Camp, played special needs baseball. A typical young lady she loved shopping, especially for shoes. She was an integral part in animal rescue caring for and adopting out homeless dogs and cats. Rylie received awards and honors in school, including the President Award and Academic Achievement. Rylie had the opportunity to enjoy the activities in which all children participate for as long as the genetic disease was held at bay.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her mother, Tiffany Matthews; father, Nathan Koger and wife Loretta; sisters, Kaitlyn Koger, Hailey Koger, Kathleen Eversole, Zoie Polk, and Ashton Polk; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
