Paradise ~ Roy Lee Seelye, 48, a truck driver, went to be with our Lord Friday, August 14, 2015 in Paradise.
Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Chico Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Jason Ewing will officiate.
Roy was born on August 31, 1966 to Bob and Vernice (Latham) Seelye in Denison, Texas. He was united in marriage to Rena Randall on December 16, 1995 in Fort Worth. Roy was a truck driver for Select Energy and other companies for more than 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his son, Dustin Seelye; his grandparents, Leroy and Ozella Seelye; and his sister, Tina Kilgore.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 19 years, Rena Seelye of Paradise; his son, Cody Hixon of Fort Worth; his parents, Bob and Vernice of Chico; his brother, Ronny Seelye of Chico; other family members and a host of friends.
