Ronald H.M. Sandlin

Runaway Bay ~ Ronald H.M. Sandlin, 53, went home to be with our Lord Sunday, November 16, 2025 in Chico.

Ronald was born on February 17, 1972, in Sacramento, California, to Ronald Henry Marion Key and Deborah Sue (Stacker) Sandlin. He was adopted by his father, Jerry Sandlin, who lovingly raised him. Ronald married his high school sweetheart, Stacey Davidson, on February 25, 2004, celebrated their love surrounded by family and friends, marking the beginning of their lifelong journey together. Ronald had a long and successful career in the oilfield industry, where he made significant contributions. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many, all of whom will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 37 years, Stacey Sandlin of Denton; his daughters, Chelsie Odom and her husband Cole of Lake Dallas and Crista Sandlin of Denton; his son, Tye Sandlin and his wife Kayla of Runaway Bay; his brother, Clifford Dale Sandlin of Bridgeport; numerous grandchildren and a host of friends.
