Bridgeport ~ Robert E Dunn, 67, a diesel mechanic, went to be with our Lord Monday, October 8, 2018 in Decatur.

Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in West Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate. Pallbearers include Jason Edwards, R.E. Houchins, Danny Trammell, Craig Woodard, Dickie Dunn, Casey Sumners, Earl Green and Terry Hand.

Robert was born on August 17, 1951 to Robert R. and Helen (Ryan) Dunn in Bridgeport, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert R. Dunn and Helen (Ryan) Dunn.

Those left behind to cherish his memory his daughter Stephanie Dunn of Bridgeport; his son Rodney Dunn and wife Babby of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Ryan Dunn and fiancé Sterling Mitchell and Jacob Dunn; his sister, Debbie Lewis and husband Gary of Kansas; his brother, Jimmy Dunn of Bridgeport; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
