Robert was born March 10, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was united in marriage to Barbara Jean Hutchins in April, 2000. Robert served in the United States Army.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara Lovell of Decatur and daughter, Loue Snyder of Boyd.
