Robert Lee (Bob) Cloud, Sr

Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Chapel with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Bro. Doug Ackley to officiate. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Shane Cloud, Jesse Cloud, Tyler Cloud, Byron Cloud, Jeff Brown, and Rick Taliaferro. Honorary Pallbearers include Eddie Morales and Chris Taliaferro.

Bob was born on June 26, 1931 to Early Clay and Ada Lucille (Kizer) Cloud in South Plains, Texas. He married Barbara Linsenbigler in Hurst, Texas. He was an avid craftsman of all trades and enjoyed travelling across the nation collecting rocks to make jewelry. He spent a lot of his time growing his own vegetables in his garden and fishing.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara Cloud of Newark; 4 sons, Robert Lee "Corky" Cloud, Jr. and wife Donna of Godley, Ronald Lynn Cloud and wife Pamela of North Richland Hills, Steven Brian Cloud and wife Cindy of Burleson, and Kenneth Ray Cloud and wife Arlene of Fort Worth; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother, Donald Cloud and wife Fern; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Mattie "Belle" Pat Cloud, his parents, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
