Alvord ~ Ricky Lynn Nivens, 63, a construction worker, went to be with our Lord Monday, March 21, 2016 in Decatur.
Memorial service is 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the United Methodist Church in Alvord.
Ricky was born on May 29, 1952 to Billy and Juanita (Rosenburg) Nivens in Decatur. He was a Methodist.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter, Tiffini Nivens.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Cristy Gilbert of Decatur; his sisters, Carla Polk and husband Mickey of Bowie and Bonnie Foreman and husband Larry of Alvord; his grandchildren, Bailee Gilbert and Beck Gilbert both of Decatur; other family members and a host of friends.
