Ricky Lewis Brown

Decatur ~ Ricky Lewis Brown, 62, a retired electronic technician, went to be with our Lord Monday, January 8, 2020 in San Antonio.

Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in Sycamore Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Marvin Saunders will officiate. Pallbearers include Rodger Brown, James Max Brown, G.C. Brown III, Mark William, Michael Bradford, Randy Shilling, and Dan Collins.

Ricky was born on August 26, 1957 to G.C. and Jane (Flucker) Brown in Dallas, Texas. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. Ricky was a beloved son, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Ashley Brown of San Antonio and Traci Ann Brown of Whitewright; his son, Aaron Brown of Whitewright; his mother, Jane Brown Matthews of Decatur; 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
