BOYD -- Rebecca Ann "Becky" Unger, 59 a retired dispatcher, for Tarrant County College went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, April 8, 2009, in Boyd. Becky was born the daughter of Elwood Thomas and DeAlva (Shelton) Johnson in Fort Worth,Texas on August 23,1949. She married Joe Bob Unger on July 23,1969 in Rhome,Texas. Becky was very active in the Boy Scouts of America for many years,she was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Boyd. Becky was preceded in death by parents and brother Carl Johnson. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Baptist Church. Dr.Robert Worley officiating. Pallbearers: Joe Lynn Galloway,Lonnie Galloway,David Bosecker,Roger Smith,J.C.Sydow,Thomas Unger. Honorary Pallbeares: Danny Wreay,Bill Smith and Laddie Abel.Burial: Thomas Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Grandchildren: Justin,Colton,Alston,Michaela,Dylan,Tatum,Camden and Bailey. Numerous other relatives and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers may donate to the Boy Scouts of America.
