Peter was born October 18, 1939 in Prosser, Washington to Walter and Mildred (Brooks) Green. He was united in marriage to Judith Rae Hamilton on August 3, 1963. Peter began his work career in 1964 after serving in the U.S. Army, with Boeing Aircraft Company in Renton, Washington. In 1971, he began working for GTE Telephone Company and retired in 1991as Executive Vice President for GTE Yellow Pages. He was owner of Rovi Tooling and Plastics in Fort Worth from 1993-1998 and was an employee of the Montague County Sheriff's Department from 2005-2007.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Judi Green of Sunset; son, Chris L. Green of Houston; daughter-in-law, Michelle Morgan-Doggett of Springtown; brother, Jerry Green and wife Susan of Marysville, Washington; nephews, Matthew and Michael Green of Marysville, Washington; other family members and a host of friends.
