Ms. Lewis was born, July 23, 1945 in Decatur, Texas to Jeff Stanley and Mary Margaret Fox. She married Jerry Lewis on October 9, 1981 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Private graveside service will be at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her sister, Judy Fox and husband, Miguel Suarez of Decatur; stepdaughter Heidi Lewis of Denton; stepson, Landon Lewis of Surfside, Texas and nephew Jeff Tindall of Decatur.
Ms. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lewis and her parents, Jeff and Margaret Fox.
