Rhome ~ Paul Richard Ward, 69, a retired machinist, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in Rhome.
Graveside service is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Aurora Cemetery. No set visitation Wednesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate.
Paul was born on June 26, 1945 to George and Naomie (Stroud) Ward Jr. in Fort Worth, Texas. He worked at General Dynamics and was a roofing contractor for commercial construction. Paul played football for Boswell High School. In his early adult years he was an avid private pilot. Paul was a Baptist.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his brother, Michael Ward and wife Karen of Cambridgeshire, England; his nephew, Michael J. Ward of Alexandria, Virginia; cousins and host of friends
