Patsy Ruth (Stevens) Howell

Decatur ~ Patsy Ruth Howell, 91, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

Graveside Service is 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 29, 2021 at Oaklawn Cemetery. Open visitation is 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Rick Ross will officiate.

Patsy was born May 25, 1930 to Frank and Annie Mae (Ashton) Stevens in Decatur, Texas. She was united in marriage May 5, 1951 to Willard Ervin Howell in Ft. Worth, Texas. Patsy worked for the United States Postal Service for many years before retiring.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Annie Stevens, and her husband Willard Howell.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her nephews, Mike Davis and wife Donna of Arlington, David Stevens, and Floyd W. Stevens;  a great-niece, Jessica Craig and husband Chris of Arlington; her great-great-niece, Kathryn Craig; her cousins, Dora Rose, Linda Washburn, Bob Brown, Carol Brown, and William Kincaid; and a host of friends.
