Nicolas Perez Iii

Decatur ~ Nicolas Perez, III, 41, a Lot Manager for James Wood Motors, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in Decatur.

Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Abel Perez will officiate. Pallbearers include Nicolas Perez IV, Nathian Perez, Antonio Gonzalez, Max Gaytan, Dustin Walker, Jordan McCasland and Javier Gaytan.

Nicolas was born on October 20, 1976 to Nicholas and Maria (Gaytan) Perez in Fort Bend, Texas. He was united in marriage to Diana Molina on November 22, 1992 in Fort Worth. Nicolas was a Lot Manager for James Woods Motors.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years, Diana Perez of Decatur; his sons, Nicolas Perez IV and wife Julie of Decatur, Nathian Perez of Decatur; his daughters, Sylvia Perez and husband Dustin Walker of Decatur, Nichole Perez and wife Ciarra Purvis of Hawaii, Diana Perez of Decatur; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Keaden, Lucas, Noah and Jimmie; his sisters Sandra Jimenez and Araceli Gonzalez; his brother Sergio Perez; his father Nicolas Perez II; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
