Nelma was born in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Ellis and Katherine (Taylor) Troxell.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Jerome Wylie.
Survivors: Son, Bud Wylie and wife, Becky, of Pearland; granddaughters, Melissa and Melody Wylie of Los Angeles, Calif.; brother, William Troxell of Rhome; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
