Nelda Bernice (Gentry) Milligan

Decatur ~ Nelda Bernice Milligan, 83, a retired educational secretary went to be with her Lord, Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Decatur, Texas.
Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at The River Church in Decatur with Bro. Greg Mohr officiating. Family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Monday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Nelda was born October 15, 1931 to Thomas Lamar and Mildred (Cooper) Gentry in Decatur, Texas. She attended Weatherford Junior College and received her Associates Degree. Nelda married Dee Loyd Milligan on January 11, 1947 in Decatur. They were married 55 years till his passing in 2002.
Left behind to cherish her memory are 4 sons, Richard David Milligan of Denton, Paul Loyd Milligan and wife Patsy of Woodland Park, Colorado, Mark Lee Milligan of Fort Worth, and Max Dee Milligan of Fort Worth; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Nelda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Billy Tom Gentry.
