Boyd ~ Nancy Lorraine Scroggins, 69, a retired reservation agent for American Airlines went to be with our Lord Friday, November 27, 2015 in Boyd.
Graveside service is Thursday, 10:00 a.m., December 10, 2015 at Hog Branch Cemetery in Boyd. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Boyd.
Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate.
Nancy was born on April 4, 1946 to Edwin and Eleanor (Barr) Stevenson in Chicago, Illinois. She was united in marriage to Jerry Scroggins. Nancy was a member and manager of the VFW in Azle, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Stevenson and her husband, Jerry Scroggins.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Floyd Russell Stanley of Boyd; her mother, Eleanor Stevenson of Boyd; and her brother, Robert Stevenson of Paradise; other family members and a host of friends.
