Nancy Eula May (Nelson) Loftin

Decatur ~ Nancy Eula May Loftin, 83, a retired registered nurse, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, October 14, 2015 in Denton.

Graveside service is 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2015 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Coalinga, California. Family visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Phipps-Dale Funeral Home, 420 W D Street, Lemoore, California 93245.

Nancy was born on August 8, 1932 to Charles Aaron and Eula (Miller) in Atoka, Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Allen Loftin on August 19, 1953 in Arcata, California. Nancy was an accomplished artist. She served as deputy President of West Coast Rebecca’s Lodge, and President of Senior Gleener’s of California. Nancy taught Sunday School for many years in California. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen Loftin; her son, Johnny Dale Greggs; her brother; her grandson, Allen Dale Smith.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Nancy Sanders and husband Mike of Decatur; her son Billy Charles Greggs of Lakewood, Floriada; her grandchildren, Shane Smith and John Paul Greggs; her great grandchildren, Karl, Jimmy, Brittney, Shalynne, and Timmy; her sisters, Betty Hendrickson, and Mildred Nelson; her brother, Mike Nelson;  numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
