Rhome ~ Nancy J. Howell, 60, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Monday, December 1, 2014 in Decatur.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Aurora Baptist Church in Aurora with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.
Rev. Jimmy Withers will officiate. Pallbearers include Johnny Howell, Ryan Howell, Matt Peel, Zach Lewis, Alan Jasin and Kevin Jasin.
Nancy was born on April 18 1954 to Albert and Eileen (Martin) Jasinsks in Oak Park, Illinois. She was united in marriage to Johnny Howell on July 11, 1993 in Fort Worth, Texas. Nancy was a member of Aurora Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Johnny Howell of Rhome; her sons, Matt Peel and wife Mandy of Houston and Ryan Howell of Rhome; her daughter, Liz Ivey and husband Jared of Florida; her grandchildren, Kinsley, Brayden, Anabelle and Raven; her sister, Eileen Werkin and husband Rich of Channahon, Illinois; her brothers, Alan Jasin and wife Debbie of Palatine, Illinois and Kevin Jasin and wife Kristina of Aurora, Illinois; other family members and a host of friends.
