BOYD -- Muriel Cooke, 79, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord on Friday, Mar. 19, 2010, in Bridgeport.
Graveside Service: 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Monday. Rev. Millard Buchholz will officiate.
Muriel was born on December 14, 1930, the daughter of John G. and Mary (Jones) Gay, in Fort Worth. Muriel was a homemaker. She married Bernard Cooke on February 4, 1951 in Fort Worth.
Survivors: husband of 59 years, Bernard Cooke of Boyd; daughter, Margie Dunn and husband, Barry of Boyd; son, Benny Cooke of Houston; granddaughter, Kara Dunn; grandsons, Kyle Dunn, and Brian L. Cooke.
