Monty Paul Anderson, 62, of Rhome, a retired Fort Worth Stockyards employee, went to be with the Lord on June 7,2009 Sunday, June 7, 2009, in Decatur.
Graveside service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Aurora Cemetery. Officiating Rev. Ron Canatzer ;Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Monty was born the son of Emmitt Aaron and Gladys Virginia ( Hutchinson ) Anderson in Fort Worth,Tx. on January 9, 1947. He graduated from North West High School in 1965,and then served his country proudly by serving in the U.S. Army in Germany from 1966 to 1968 .Monty worked for the Fort Worth Stock Yards for many years ,and then as an independent truck driver. Monty is preceded in death by his father and Mother ,his sister Virginia and his brother Andy Brent.
