Mickey Denny Deemer

Bridgeport ~ Mickey Denny Deemer, 52, went to be with our Lord on Friday, October 16, 2026, in Bridgeport.

Mickey was born on March 5, 1974, to Denny and Linda Ruth (Davis) Deemer in Duncan, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Ruve Cooley. Mickey devoted 23 years of dedicated service as the night manager at Tom Thumb, where he took pride in his work. In his free time, he found great joy in building model creations and both playing and building guitars, reflecting his creativity, patience, and love for music. These passions were a special part of who he was and will remain cherished memories for those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; and his sister, Tama Deemer.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Ruve Cooley; his son, James Willim Houston Cooley; his brother, Jason Deemer and his wife, Lori; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
