Chico ~ Michael Clifton “Wolf” Parrish, 57, a truck driver, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Chico.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with burial in Pleasant Grove # 3 Cemetery in Chico. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pastor Fred Ferren will officiate. Pallbearers include Terry Scheller, Nathan Messick, Pierre. Mike Montgomery, Adam Messick, Tony Jones, Bobby Caraway, and Donnie Grooms.
Michael was born on March 16, 1959 to Oscar and Eileen (Flaherty) Parrish in San Pedro, California. He was a truck driver for J & M Trucking.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen Parrish; his grandparents, Daniel and Mary Flaherty, Oscar Parrish Sr., and Ollie Mae Viles.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Melissa Land and husband Anthony of Seagoville; his grandsons, Jude and Ezra; his father, Oscar Parrish and wife Adelfa of Dallas; his brother, Andy Parrish and fiancé Deanna of Melissa; his sisters, Janet Sturch of Bridgeport, Marianne Scheller and husband Michael of Bridgeport, Vicki Baxter and husband Daniel of Garland; 10 nieces and nephews; 9 grand nieces and nephews; other family members and a host of friends.
