Survivors: wife of 61 years: Vivian Slayton of Chico; sons: Steven Dell Slayton and wife Karen of Bedford, Ivan Monroe Slayton and wife Kelly of Colleyville; daughters: Cynthia Ann Bolin and husband Arnold of Rhome, Cathy Lou Dillard and husband Clay of Alabama; seven grandsons: Jason, Richard, Robert, Shawn, Tanner, Josh, and Jason; 5 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
