Mary Alice Priddy, 80, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, April 2, 2025, in Decatur, Texas.

Graveside Service is 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 9th at DFW National Cemetery. Family will have Visitation 6-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8th at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Mary was born January 11, 1945 to Arva and Katylee (Palmer) Collins in Port Arthur, Texas. She graduated high school and attended Lon Morris College before marrying her life love, George Priddy on May 21, 1966 in Houston, Texas. Mary was a bookkeeper and later in life a homemaker. She and George were together until his passing in 2004. Mary was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arva and Katylee Collins; and her brother, Cecil Ray Collins.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Wayne Priddy and wife Sue of Alvord and Lee Priddy and wife Tari of Decatur; 6 grandchildren, Shayne Priddy and wife Rilee, Nathan Priddy and wife Farrah, Kevyn Priddy and wife Kara, Justyn Priddy and wife Aubreigh, Brodey Priddy, and George Priddy; 2 great-grandchildren, Carlisle and Seven Priddy; her sister, Martha Lind; and numerous extended family and a host of friends.
