DECATUR -- Mary Lou Pinion, 78, a retired laboratory technician, died Tuesday, July 11, 2006 in Bridgeport. Graveside service: 10:30 a.m. Friday. Burial: Willow Point Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Honorary Pall bearers: Jimmy Riley, L.C. Morrow, E.T. Massey, Shine Leach, Wesley Cantrell, and B.D. Workman.
Mary Lou was born in Jacksboro, Texas, to F.E. and Johnnie Worthington. She married Roy H. Pinion on December 9, 1942 in Jacksboro. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Roy Pinion; her parents; her 2 brothers, Gene and Delano Worthington; and her sister, Loretta Easley.
Survivors: granddaughter: Christie Rhine and husband Bret of Decatur; grandson: Roy Justin "Bubba" Pitts; seven great gandchildren: Bogie, Clayton, Shani, Hannah, Colby, Trevor, and Justin; and her sister: Sue Gregg.
