Marshall was born December 7, 1952 to William Francis "Bill" and Georgia Bliss (Gwaltney) Smith in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was a truck driver and drove many places throughout the United States.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sister, Mellissa Roper of Edmond, Oklahoma; his half brother, Wesley Gwaltney of Shawnee, Oklahoma; a host of relatives and friends.
